problem with playing on vista

problem with playing on vista

hi everyone,

i recentely upgraded to vista, and installed MediaMonkey and everything worked great, all of a sudden when i opened it i started playing a certain track, and whenever i try to skip to a different track it shuts down...

it happened with real player and winamp, i tried re-installing again and again and the same thing happen..

please advise.

MediaMonkey 2.x doesn't support Windows Vista. You could browse/search the forum as there are some topics where users share tips on how to get MediaMonkey to work on Vista.

It seems though that you have a bigger issue as Real Player and WinAmp also fail. If this is the case you might have problems with the sound card drivers. Check out the manufacturers site if any update drivers or know vista issues are listed.

MediaMonkey 3 will support Windows Vista, you can see the progress made on MediaMonkey 3 in the beta forum.

i downloaded the veta version and all problems were solved.

i love MediaMonkey and was bummed about switching players...
