When playing first song MM auto scrolls to the top [6357]

When I open MM and scroll down to a song, upon playing a given song, for the first time, MM moves all the way to the top of my play-list again. Any idea why and If I can fix this?

Yes, this action is defined in the options.
Goto
Tools\Options\Player\Default Double Click Action
and change to do what you want possibly, play now + play now + play selected only

I tried all three options but they did not work.

UPDATE:

This issue only occurs when I play a song after starting MM for the first time. When I start playing other songs there is no issue. But, if i close MM it will happen again.

Are you starting MM with Now Playing populated or do you have a script installed that clears the now playing on exit?

I never added anything at all, i use it the way it installed default. I don't believe I am using the no populated but I cant be sure. All that shows on left side is 'Librar' and 'Playlist'

Maybe I should just uninstall and try again?

First unfortunately, MediaMonkey is already married at least most of core team members are.

Second thank you for RocketDock I really like how it looks.

Third I still can't replicate, so that will not be your last video But this time can you make it using MM default skin and enabled Navigation toolbar. For Second part of your video can you make same test with Now Playing Window enabled (View -> Now playing)?

Second Update:

Decided to uninstall MM and erased all files left behind. I also cleaned the registry.

even doing a fresh install of MM and I am having same problem. Hope this helps.
