Microplayer PopUp BUG#6583

I was wondering how to move the microplayer popup. Currently it sits at the top of the screen and i would like to move it down to nearer the taskbar. I have changed the notification message location that pops up when tracks change, but the microplayer one has me stumped.

It can't be changed, it should appear directly above or below the microplayer depending on where your taskbar is.

Strange though as my taskbar is at the bottom and popup appears at the top of the screen, admittedly directly above the location of the microplayer in the taskbar. Wonder if its a windows 7 thing?

I had that happening in the past.

After a bit more playing i think i have found the issue. Its to do with setting the taskbar to auto-hide, if i start MM with that turned off then it all works as expected, however if i then turn on auto-hide, the popup goes straight to the top of the screen. Oh well never mind, i like auto-hide more then i need the popup.

Interesting, Can you make screenshot and gather steps on which we can replicate issue for sure?

Sure no problem
On windows 7 enable Auto-hide from the tasbar properites, this will casue the popup to appear at the top of the screen

Then disable auto-hide and the popup will appear in the correct place
