Auto-Tag from Web window Not Responding [#6489]

I've tried media monkey without success. What I am hoping to do with it is add album art to my Mp3's. I took a simple folder of 13 songs from one artist (also just one CD) and did the auto tag, it came up with the correct information but if you try move the window, or make the auto-tag window bigger you just get a "Not responding" and i've let it sit there for 5 minutes.

Ultimately I have to end the program. Is Auto-Tag functionality broken? Sure seems like it, did it on the old version as well (using latest one as of this writing).

Actually if I leave teh window completely alone (don't make it bigger), then auto-tag works. However I can't see all of the album information in the small window. Looks like this is a persistent bug with this version as well as previous versions. Apparently you are not suppose to make the auto-tag from web window any bigger! HELP!!!

Can you confirm that you have IE9 Beta Installed?

I do have IE 9 beta. I'll uninstall it and see how things go.

Just wanted to confirm that this is still occuring. The bug report says it was suspended until IE9 final came out... using IE9 RC, I'm still experiencing this same exact issue.

Hi, i had the same issue, which was driving me crazy too. The solution that worked for me was to:
1- click on a song (right click and go "Auto-Tag from Filename", then adjut the window size and position, then
close. (Somehow it saves the settings for the following step)
2- Second step was to right lick on "Auto-Tag from Web" and then it opened to the same settings as the previous
step.
I hope this works for you too (My settings: Win7, ie9 & MediaMonkey 3.2.0 (tried to upgrade to MediaMonkey 3.5 but it did not make a difference so reverted back to MM 3.2.0 and the steps above worked anyway)
