Getting steadily more and more pissed off with MM. I submitted a support ticket on 23rd Jan, for which I spent considerable time and effort creating loads of error logs as requested, and haven't heard anything for two and a half weeks from either Martin Warning, Pavle Lacarac or Petr Jurik, all of whom have asked me to make pretty basic tweaks and generate bug reports. If it's being worked on, I apologise, but leaving me in the dark for this long leads me to believe that nothing is happening. As a Gold customer I find this incredibly infuriating.
The new release of MM does not fix what, to me, should be not only be basic but also very important - how the tracks are displayed in the Now Playing list. The bug was reported (http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=8936) and 'fixed', but it is not. The tracks display the right format in the now playing list when in Details view, but when a track in the list is selected in another view, it reverts back to the incorrect format. I don't want to speak out of turn, but if a media player doesn't properly tell you what it's playing, it's a shit media player. MM is not shit, or at least shouldn't be. Please, please resolve this basic issue.
I really hope that this new release has rectified the errors, and not created more, as 4.0.2 seemed to.
e: some screenshots to show what I'm talking about if it's not clear. each red circle is a single click with the mouse, in the last one the click lead to all the titles changing. You can see that the now playing format is STILL the summary format for the current view. (you can tell this as "Alaska & Nucleus" shows as the artist in the NP list when the other tracks don't have an artist; I've configured the summary format in the album view to not display the artist if it's equal to the album artist. All tracks in the NP list should be <Artist> - <Title>)
