Use a hotkey when MM in focus and globally at the same time

Hi...
I have this hotkey CTRL+SHIFT+UP to play/pause set as global.
It works very well when I'm in other programs, BUT when MM is in focus it doesn't work and I have to use CTRL+P instead.

Is it possible to assign my CTRL+SHIFT+UP to work on both of cases?

No, its not just CTRL+SHIFT+UP, I used it just as an example.
Any Global hotkey doesnt work here when MM focused.

For me other hotkeys also seem to work as expected when set up as global hotkeys.
