1708 Portable: Add/Rescan fails to import M3Us

These M3U play fine when dragged to the player.

Anyone know a workaround?

Did you expand the "Imported playlists" node? Any imported playlists would be nested below there.

Ah, cause now found: this bug reported 7 years ago, still unfixed: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=5224 #2

Sigh.

Workaround: first collapse and expand Playlists.

THX Chris re added for evaluation. MMW is not the only one with such behavior it is fairly common that you need to refresh view to get all updates.

It is the only music librarian I've seen with this behaviour. Windows Media Player, JRiver Media Center, iTunes etc. have no problem in updating the screen when they change data.
