[SOLVED] Synchronization problem.

Hi Hopefully somebody can help and put me in the right direction for a cure for a current Synchronization problem.
I have not been into my MM for some time so something has changed.
I am trying to sync with my IPad Pro which is using software version 13.3 (IOS 13.3)
The ITunes I am using is 12.10.3.1
My MediaMonkey is 4.1.25 1895

I have never had any trouble previously and I have always just been able to connect my Ipad and "send to" music tracks across from MediaMonkey to my Ipad.
The message I get from MM is "The Iphone / iPod firmware is not compatible with this version on MediaMonkey. Can view the contents of the device but not be able to write to it.

I did get an earlier message that said something about ITunes not being installed or the Ipad not synchronised with ITunes. ITunes was installed and up to date. I have deleted and reinstalled. Even Tried older versions 12.4 but these would not support my IPad.

Could anybody give me some advice / directions to go to get me away again.

I have just been on the link you sent and upgraded to 4.1.26 1896 and it is working perfectly again.
