I'm syncing to a USB storage device (my smartphone) but it's not going in the correct subfolder. I've specified in the Device Configuration to sync to
\Music\<Artist> - <Album>\<Title>
but everything just ends up going to the root inside G:\ . Tried without the leading slash but that didn't work either. I look in the Music folder on my phone and it only ends up putting a handful of songs in there. I don't know how it's deciding which ones.
Any idea of what's wrong here?

Re: USB mass storage not syncing to subfolder
I am having problem with Samsung Galaxy S Froyo 2.2.1, in UK.
I wanted to synchronise with the external SD card`s music folder, but it was only synching with root folder.
Thankfully the above workaround done the trick.
I wish you will sorting this bug in Mediamonkey 4.
Cheers.

Yes, MM 4 has a new handling of synchronization for many devices, including all Android based.

This fix is no longer working on my evo. As soon as I press sync, it wants to delete stuff that's not even in my music folder.
Re: USB mass storage not syncing to subfolder
Installed 4.0 beta and sync to evo sub folder is working again!

This workaround was necessary for syncing my Samsung Galaxy S on Android 2.2.1 with Windows 7 Version 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601.
