Poll: MTP/MSC - What sync mode do you use?

For those with a MTP/MSC connected phone, I'd like to ask you guys what sync mode do you use? Please describe, and update stats up to your reply.

As for me, I use MSC mode:

PRO: very fast, particularly with large syncs
CONS: need to manually switch to MSC mode manually each time.

MSC on my Android phone, because I use MSC for fast file exchange anyway and because Android doesn't support some important tags with MTP, so I use my MSC sync script with PlayerPro (MMA still misses some features I need).
MTP on my iRiver MP3 Player because it works nicely and supports all the tags I need.
