Artist/Album Artist List Scroll Bar Issues [#11272]

I've noticed a (minor but annoying) issue with the scroll bar while in Artists/Album Artists views in MMA on my HTC One (stock), somewhat related to this bug: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=9812.

In addition the brief showing of the stock style scrollbar which then changes to the overlay style, if I quickly scroll through the list by flicking it with my finger (NOT using the scroll bar), the scroll bar jumps around somewhat erratically. On the track list, however, it seems to scroll smoothly.

This has been going on for as long as I've noticed and using MMA.

No, it's not a lag issue, as much as the scroll bar indicator just isn't in the right place. The indicator will not just slide smoothly downward. Rather, it'll move down a bit, then jump up a bit, then move down further, then jump up a small amount, etc. It's difficult to describe, but it's most certainly not a performance-related issue (the HTC One is quite speedy, and I recognize when apps lag--this isn't that). Also, it's not when you scroll using the scroll bar, only when flick scrolling the list.

EDIT: If I get a chance later, I'll use a friend's phone to video-record what i'm describing, as that's really the only way I can think to show it.

I seem to see this too on the Album or Tracks list, but not on a Folder > tracks list. It seems the scroll bar position becomes unsynchronized with actual list position and then catches up (jumping). When reaching beginning/end of list the scroll bar position always matches up for me.

On MMA samsung galaxy note 3 lollipop: album view scroll bar does not work at all. Tapping and dragging on the scroll bar shows the letter changing, but upon release the album listing has not actually scrolled at all.
