MMA does not stop "background operations"

Hi,
as USB-sync does not work well with S3, I started to use MMA (latest version) together with MMW 4.1.0. Unfortunately, Wifi sync doe not work properly either.
Mostly, S3 does not find the server, allthoug everything seems set up allright.

Since the last sync, MMA does not stop executing "background operations", probably organizing the database.

It tells me that I have to wait for the sync until these "background operations" are finished, but they never do.

Also, the PC never memorizes that I grant access for the phone, and the phone looses informatio about what music/playlists it shall sync.

What can I do?

Hi Andreas,

fyi: build 175 of MMA / 1667 of MMW should fix the USB sync problems.

Also, re. the failure of MMA to find the server, we're looking into it, but fyi some users have found that switching the port number can resolve that problem. See details here:
