Widget may stop working

On my system (Nexus 4 4.4.3, MMA 1.0.6.0287) the widgets will stop working - they may show "No track selected" and will not open MMA when tapped on. Alternatively they may show the wrong track while the buttons continue to work.

The only solution is to clear app-data. I don't know how long it takes before the issue pops up again or what triggers it.

Sorry for reviving an old post, but it seemed more appropriate than starting a similar new one.

I am currently having an issue where I cannot access MMA through the widget after restarting my device. If no song is selected then the widget is unresponsive. If I open MMA through it's normal icon then all is fine. Once a song is played there are no problems with the widget (opening MMA, controls, etc.) until the phone is restarted.

Using 1.0.7.0311 on a Galaxy S4 SGH-i337z running 4.4.4 Google Play Edition ROM.

I've seen it too. When there is no playing song (no song loaded) the widget doesn't do anything.

This should be bixed in 1.1.0 Beta versions.
