Deleting a track causes playback to restart [#13214]

In MMA beta build 587 if I remove a track from the Now Playing list or delete a track from my phone while something is playing MMA restarts playback of the current track from the beginning.

Nexus 6 with stock Android 6.0.1.
Debug log 14V8HLWTHU.

I saw a similar problem by selecting the currently-playing song and hitting the Move-To-Bottom button. (build 589)
