Flat sound every time a new song starts

Hi there,

I've been using the MMA app for a couple of days now, and despite loving the interface so far I've been having some issues with the sound.

What's happening to me is whenever a new song starts, either because I selected it or because it is the next song in an album/playlist, the sound is completely flat. No bass, tinny highs... I have to pause playback, and when I resume the sound is normal again. This happens every time a new track starts.

I've poked around in settings, tried enabling the EQ, I can't figure out why this is happening.

Would anyone have any suggestions?

Which version of MMA and Android and what device?

I've got a Oneplus One (A0001), android version 5.1.1, MMA version 1.1.3.0554

Alright... so far I can't seem to reproduce this issue in 1.2.0.0592. I'll post back here if I notice it again

Alright - issue is back.

Additional detail, I'm finding that sometimes it's enough to push the power button and put focus on the MMA app for the sound to be back to normal.

Any ideas here?

Send a debug log from About screen right after this happens. Then reply here with logID or open a support ticket with logID.

Based on what you are describing it seams that phone system MAXXAUDIO enhancements do not kick on when you start playback thus it works after buffer load on pause.

Send one log before pause and one after and it should possibly show what is going on.

NOTE: send both log ids here.

Unfortunately sending debug logs is corrupted in build 592 on some devices and we have not received your debug log. Please wait for next build 593 and send your debug log immediately when issue occurs (please note the current song name).

Oh.. I just saw your update. Well I have the ID's so I'll post them here anyways but yeah sure I'll do it again when the next build is released.
