Sync not syncing .. screen flashes then CLOSE

I sync and the screen blanks then flashed the initializing screen then blanks and only CLOSE is available. I wait but nothing else happens.
I sent 2 logs. one before the sync attempt and one after.

Which version of MMW? Does UPnP find the MMW server?

Currently there is only a final release available as latest release. Have you gone into the sync settings in MMA to make sure it is setup correctly?

It appears to be setup correctly and has been setup correctly. And yes 1798 debug

As followup .. i just tried sync with my tablet. it is at 600 also. I got a message that since it was my first time ... WELL it wasn't my first time .. why did mma/mmw mess this up? I accepted on my server and it began syncing after I accepted the removal of tracks.

So it is something about the G5, new os and MMa/MMW

Send a debug log from MMA (from About screen) right after sync attempt and open a Support ticket with the logID.

Of course after 10th or so attempt it came up and said "since you haven't sync'd before ..." well on that. But I accepted on the server and it says it sync'd but it didn't as I know I have removed multiple albums from the playlist and they are still on the device. Will open a separate report for that

You'll likely find a new Device Profile which, of course, needs to be setup. It's likely that the files already on the device aren't matched to file in the Library, thus by default they won't be deleted. What is deleted on sync is set in the Device Profile and it needs to be set to all media files to have non-Library (or not linked to Library) files removed on sync.

why would i have a new device profile ?? who created this new device profile?? What would it's name be? why would MMA add a new one called SD CARD when just a week or so ago it was called EXTERNAL?

The OS update on the device could have caused the storage to be presented in a different manner. Is synchronization working correctly for you with the release version (build 603)?
