Bug | Album Artwork [#16626]

This is the bug i was able to reproduce while using latest test build
Since past 2 versions the bug is reproducible.
Usually I copy artwork image from the website and use same as Artwork by
Song >> Properties >> Artwork (Tab) >> Paste Option
but since late April version the Paste option is disabled and cannot paste the selected imagesa s artwork.
