Entering Meta for Videos

Because we don't have proper data entry screens for videos we have to enter multiples with the semi-colon (;). (yes i know artists same way for music).
The problem is that in most places it does not do a lookup. For example when entering multiple genres it will use the popup. But not so for multiple producers, directors etc.

This becomes a real problem when you have to enter 'Involved People'. If we can't have separate entries (for involved) could we at least get more popups.

Support for multiple-values for more fields has already been requested. Inline editing for Producer/Director did do auto-complete, in the Properties it seems to partially work.
