Please excuse my bad english.
I find it a pity that in Media Monkey is no setting that can be set with the one from when a song is tagged with the last played date.
Since I often work with auto playlists to unheard music to play. But if I do not like a song, then I skip it.
Media Monkey indicates this is not as played as more than 90% of the song must be played. The result is that the music that one does not like always show up in the auto playlists.
Also, I often create my playlists for the car, plus I play the music only briefly. These should be the last played date received, as I would later listen to me even in the car and was so well played.
Also in the MediaMonkey 4.0 is registered until 90% of the songs date.
Maybe you will think about this yet again and lets the user decide when to mark the song as heard. The same should apply to songs played by UPNP.

Re: Last play date
Hello.
Thanks Eyal. I will test it tonight. Does it work with MM4, because I have not installed MM3 more?
If I set the a song after 20 seconds is marked as played, then MM4 is to reach the 90% again, so a second time, marked as played?
Thanks.

Hi,
Sorry I don't have MM4 at the moment, so I can't tell if it works correctly on it. ATM MM4 is in beta stage and very buggy.
In MM4 I don't know. You tell me

In MM3 the script will take care of that. The counter will be incremented only once.bp011ysp wrote:If I set the a song after 20 seconds is marked as played, then MM4 is to reach the 90% again, so a second time, marked as played?

Re: Last play date
Hello Eyal!
Your script works on MM4. However, with some restrictions. It only works if you continue to turn right in the MM4 to the next song. But not when accessing via UPNP. What for me is actually always the case.
In addition, only last play date is set, but not history play date. It should both be set.
Maybe you can change there was. Would be great. Thanks for your help.

Re: Last play date
Both Played Date and Played Counter are set. As I said, the script was designed to work on MM3, any irregularity is to expect on MM 4 alpha.bp011ysp wrote:In addition, only last play date is set, but not history play date. It should both be set.
Re: Last play date
Hi Eyal,
Yes is also under both the MM4 Played date and the counter is set.
However, it will still give an additional History Play Date which is not set.
This date is read with the script AddRemovePlayStat. With this script you can a play date and a counter delete it.
All the songs were set in which your script with the date and the counter, I get the message that there is no history play date.

Re: Last play date
You are right. I made a new version 1.1 that updates play history table.
