Sync force skip files with same filename [#8745]

I'd like the ability to force MediaMonkey to skip files that have a file with same destination filename. Now MediaMonkey will create filename and if another file with the same filename exists it will be filename2. This feature would allow the user to eliminate duplicate tracks on the portable device when multiple copies of the same track exist in the Library.
