Playlist help - drag album folder to create playlist?
Hi, I'm using iTunes at the moment and when I drag an album folder to the playlist section it creates a new playlist from the folder I just dragged over. In MediaMonkey I can't seem to do this, I'm sure it's simple to do but I can't figure out how to do this without creating a new playlist, re-naming it then dragging all the tracks from the folder to the new playlist...seems like a really long process if it's not availible on MediaMonkey already.

I use winxp and can't see that option when i right click the folder.
All I can see is...
Play in MediaMonkey
Play next in MediaMonkey
Play last in MediaMonkey

You need to do the right-click in MediaMonkey itself, not in Windows explorer.Audio Ad wrote:I use winxp and can't see that option when i right click the folder.

Re: Playlist help - drag album folder to create playlist?
Ok so it's...
Right click folder > Send to...> Playlist > Create new playlist
Then I have to name the new playlist for each folder album I want as a playlist????
iTunes...
Drag folder to playlist - which creates new playlist with folder name.
The iTunes method is so simple and easy, such a shame this can't be done in mediamonkey. I guess I'll add this to the wishlist.

Drag folder to playlist - creates new playlist like iTunes
MediaMonkey...
Right click folder > Send to...> Playlist > Create new playlist
Then I have to name the new playlist for each folder album I want as a playlist
iTunes...
Drag folder to playlist - which creates new playlist automatically with folder name.
The iTunes method is so simple and easy and would be a very useful addition.
