Add MOD music support

MOD music was way cool when it was around - can someone either write a plugin or possibly simply include in Mediamonkey's native libraries?

Yesterday, I just added these plugins to my new Beta copy of MediaMonkey, to (adlib) module and tracker music.

Modules (new): in_mod.dll
Adlib (old) modules: in_adlib.dll (& adplug.db) -> Only (severe) problem with it's info dialog (don't open the plugin's "info" !!)

Copy whatever plugin you want to MediaMonkey's plugins folder (normally C:\Program Files\MediaMonkey\Plugins) and restart MM to get the new file types support.

(the posted version may have the buffer overflow problem! maybe install an alternative instead)
