Once in Album Art Mode I can't Leave it... BUG#5399

Post by MetalFrog »

I switched to view 'Album Art' without details mode, and now I can't switch out of it. I can move around and use MM with no issue, but when I try to switch back to Album Art with Details, or any of the other modes, MM stops responding and I have to force close it.

MM never opens a bug sending window, since I have to use the task manager to quit.

I looked in the ini for the album art mode, but I don't see anything that jumps out at me as the correct setting.

Which version of MediaMonkey and Windows are you using?

I can't reproduce as I can switch between any view without crashing MediaMonkey using 3.1.0.1224 on Windows XP SP3.

Vista Ultimate, 1224.

Something similar is happening to me.

When I leave Album Art mode, I get an error saying "List Index out of bounds (46)." Music continues to play fine, but any node I switch to will continue to throw the same error, so I have to quit.

I am using 1224 on Vista 32 bit.

Could this have something to do with another view switching problem I've been having?

EDIT: When I reopen MM after experiencing the above mentioned weirdness, my AA with details view is back to the default. My column widths are different and there are columns present that I don't use, like path, file name, volume leveling, etc. I would think the above linked problems with columns in AA with details and this problem have to be related. Then again, I am just guessing and am certainly not smart enough to back it up. :)

still getting an error, but only in unskinned-mode. I cannot change from "album-art" to "album-art with details"-view (error message: "list index out of bounds 44"). But changing from "details" to "album-art with details" does work. i'm using build 1227 OS: vista 32 bit
sorry for my bad english.

Thanks. I've found that. Will be fixed in next build (#5399).
