1368: Downloaded episodes get Type changed [#7719]

For Podcasts with Type Video Podcast (They're MP4 files) the Type get's changed to Video once they're downloaded.

Tested on skinned 1368 on XP. Added as: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=7719
