3.0.1.1120 Rip CD WMA setting dialog issue

On Rip CD with Format: WMA, the Settings dialog's 'Type of bitrate' drop-down list is initially empty, rather than populated as expected, and as found after Audio Codec is reselected.

Tested this on a clean install and can't reproduce

Problem persists, and on the other lists too:



Workaround: Select a different Audio Codec, then reselect WMA.

Above on build 1164.
