1207 Playlist # 'order col' arrowhead missing [5160]

Thank you very much AGAIN for separating the playlist index number out into its own column (#)!

When the # column is the order column, I'd expect to see it's header show the arrowhead that indicates order column. It doesn't. So e.g. I can't see whether the order column is # or a different column out of view.

Correct as you can sort on this column you would expect an arrow to show it's sorted on this column. I can reproduce this in 1208.
