internet radio skips back and fourth #5341

hi, just having a problem with the 1213 build, I am finding internet radio (relayed by my ISP here: http://www.internode.on.net/residential ... and_radio/) is skipping backwards and forwards badly, sometimes even looping the same bit over and over.
This has been a problem for me with the non betas too. Winamp and other media players dont have a problem playing these streams so it doesn't appear to be a problem with my internet connection. Just wondering if this is a known issue?
I can post up a recording of what it sounds like if anyone is interested.

(edit: my system is a AMD 5200+, 4gb ram, Windows Vista 32bit, Soundblaster Xfi Gamer soundcard with latest drivers)

Having the same problem in build 1224, radio playback seems to be worse in 3.1. Changing the channel also takes a LOT longer.

Example of a radio station where im having these problems: http://nl2.ah.fm:9000 and http://nl-ir.trancefm.com/192mp3-2. Returning to 3.0 makes the station play flawless.
Long load time before playback is on each radio station.

Djeez.. Since I returned to 3.0 there's a lot of extra problems: you have to delete MM.DB cause SQL is corrupted and my podcasts are f*cked up. All podcasts are in grey no matter if I already downloaded them, some of them play, others don't. Guess I'll have to go back to 3.1 with crappy radio

The SQL isn't corrupted, but the MediaMonkey 3.1 database doesn't work with MediaMonkey 3.0. You can revert to the old database by deleting MM.DB and changing MM.DB.Pre31 to MM.DB in the folder the database is stored.

Having the same problem in 3.2.51306 - different radio stations keep on skipping and playing in loop occasionally. also playing a radio can freeze the whole Media Monkey...

any solution to this? i was actually considering to purchase the Gold version, but not so sure any more
