1204 Unleveled tracks lists many analysed tracks BUG#5206

Since upgrading to 3.1, the "Files to Edit/Unleveled" tracks shows any track that is not in a complete album of tracks even if it was previously analyzed. If I analyze the track again, nothing happens (because the tracks are already analyzed), but they do not disappear from the listing either (because the "complete album" hasn't been analyzed--I suspect). This is very annoying for (legally) downloaded tracks from an album where the entire album isn't present and also a pain for podcasts. Whereas before I never had files listed, now I have all the Coverville podcasts of last year listed. It's kinda noisy.
