Party mode doesn't work BUG#5330

1. Go to View -> Party Mode
2. Hit ok when confirmation appears
3. Error

Note: in Party mode options I have "Secure party mode with password:" and "Total lockdown" checked.

Trying to reproduce on 1224 with default settings and default settings + password & lockdown I can't reproduce this on Windows XP SP3.

Turns out it is only reproducible with a custom toolbar in place; Petr has already fixed it for 1225.
