Top border not resize skinned windows [#5429]
Top border of the main window and dialog boxes cannot not be used for window resizing with skinned version. It works fine with non-skinned version.

This one seems back again here with 1353Top border of the main window and dialog boxes cannot not be used for window resizing with skinned version. It works fine with non-skinned version.
MM5 (2606)and MM4 (1919) installed and running well on:
