1248 Auto-sync list Music Shows... affects Playlists .......

Auto-Sync List:

1 On Playlists, collapse all
2 On Music, select Show checked
3 Click Playlists tab

Expected: collapsed
Observed: expanded

I suspect that you tested this with 1247. A similar/possibly related issue was resolved in 1248 ( http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=5649 ) , and I can't replicate in 1248.
