1 "Customise Track Browser" label is clipped.
2 "Customise Track Browser" fails to show focus (e.g. when TABbed to.)
3 "Ignore Shuffle" is misordered in TAB sequence
4 "Import Settings" is missing from TAB sequence

I can confirm 2, 3, and 4, but 1 seems fine (at least in skinned).

Windows 7 actually. I guess it looks "dirty" because the titlebar is semi-transparent so you can see some blurred text behind the window.

I guess you aren't too excited for Windows 7, since the Windows classic theme was eliminated!
