1255 Track property buttons enabled on no NP track [6817]

When Now Playing has focus and no track selected, rather than be disabled View | [Track] Properties and toolbar Edit Properties are enabled.

Further, View | [Track] Properties executes.

That's odd, I can get View | Properties to show even if no track selected in Now Playing, it just displays info for the first track in the list.

View > Properties does not execute here in 1304.

For me it does execute on Win Vista with 1304 and in either Details or Album Art + Details views.
