1342: Subdirectories of profile folders duplicated [#7064]

If a subfolder of a user profile or is selected in the tree browser in Add/Rescan Folders or Tools->Options->Library->File Monitor, the directory is selected twice, once under the drive structure (e.g. My Computer->C:\Users\Public\Music) and again under the user profile node (e.g. My Computer->Public\Music). This duplication happens regardless of which of these two nodes are selected and it is also not possible to uncheck one of the nodes (unchecking one also unchecks the other).

This results in the folder being scanned twice and if the folder is selected in File Monitor to be scanned on startup, this results in the folder being scanned twice on every startup.
