1343: Issues with graphical glitches [#6541]

I found some issues with the graphical user interface:

1. If MM 4 is maximized, the "Minimize" menu (left next to the minimize button in the title bar) does not work.

2. I set font size under Options->Design to 14px. This results in fonts beeing cutted in several dialogs, such as the song property dialog. Please make sure to eighter leave enough room for larger fonts or use a kind of scaling to ensure labels to show full text.

3. When disabling the party modus, the main menu's items "extras" and "help" are shown in a second row. Even the whole stuff normally located in the titlebar is shown under the title bar now.

4. In party-mode I would not show the glass frame. It is needless then.

5. With party-mode enabled, it is still possible to resize MMs main window and open windows' startmenu or even switch to other applications no matter what set up under options->partymodus
