When selecting a portable device in the Explorer Tree and doing a horizontal resize of the main program window the right panel get's hidden instead of the main (middle) panel being resized as in every other node.

Horizontal resize issues seem to be back in 1350. Resizing doesn't redraw elements correctly.

I'm also confused by the capacity status:

As you see Audio shows a larger capacity than the device and even a larger capacity than the music library.
Furthermore the Apply button is hidden and I think it should always be visible.
