MM4: Last.fm plugin doesn't transmit first track [#7084]

When starting playback (using Play Now on selected tracks or Play Now on a track in Now Playing to switch playing track) the first played track doesn't get scrobbled. It might be caused by or related to: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=7084

Tested on skinned 1343 with 1.0.2.21 on Windows XP.

Can anyone reproduce.

I somewhat assumed that the on start of playback submit might have something to do with this bug as well.
