Standard > Edit opens playlist instead of Properties [#7405]

1344: When selecting a Playlist the Edit button on the Standard toolbar opens the Playlist Criteria. Instead this button should be disabled until a track is selected as this button is also used for opening the Track Properties. Edit Playlist is already a button on the toolbar anyway.

Tested on skinned 1344 on XP.

Can anyone reproduce?
