Aero player doesn't look right when docked to top [bug#7224]

Never understood why music player controls are at bottom when all other access stuff is near top (maybe because peoples start menus are at the bottom of screen, so silly).

Anyway, dragging the music player to the top of the area results in black bordering around controls because of failed alpha channel mess in the skin?

Yes, I can confirm that problem with Vitreous skin.

The player should dock up above the tabs.

I don't see this issue here on XP with 1345.

It's only Vista/Win7 issue. Fixed in next build.

Also somewhat related, I can't drag it above the playlist only, only option is full-width which is somewhat distracting to me. It was possible to do this in MM3. More options for areas to drag player please

Here on XP I can drag above the Tracklisting or any other of the 2 columns (just spanning the column. I've only failed to get it below the third column (1st and 2nd did work) under the Album Art window, it always pops above the Album Art window. The Third column contain the Now Playing and under it the Album Art window here.

It wouldn't work right in Win 7/Vista, it has to show full width in order to be aero.

I can confirm this is fixed in 1346 and seems to work perfectly.

Maybe it has something to do with Toolbars imported from MM3? All I did was drag the player to the top, I can't get the toolbar to show below the player.
