1345: In video screen doesn't work in MiniPlayer [#6784]

When in MiniPlayer mode the in screen button next to the full screen button in the Video window doesn't work. It currently repositions the video window to original position if it was moved.

This repositioning is also an issue when switching to full screen (which works) and back out of full screen. Instead it should remember the last position of the video window and not the original position.

Tested on skinned 1345 on XP. Can anyone reproduce?
