1345: Sort order of German letters Ä, Ö, Ü [#7479]

If you sort by any Column, entries beginning with the german letters ä, ö and ü appear to the last after Z. They should be traeted as ae, oe and ue.

Just tried it. In Explorer Ä is not treated as AE but treated as A. If any following letters are identical, Ä would come after A. Same with Ö->O and Ü->U. Thats how it worked in MM3 too.
Sort order:

aä
äa
ää
ab
äb
ac
äc

Words with the Umlaut- letters ä, ö and ü like "Die Ärzte" are not found by search either.

Sort order should be fixed in Build 1352 (http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=7479). Please confirm.

I can't replicate problems searching for unicode characters in build 1352. Please let me know if you can.
