1346: Remove Media Tree Item visual bug [#7239]

When removing a Media Tree Item the Media Tree list doesn't update until you mouse over the items in the list, which then causes <Add New Collection> to show twice:


Steps:
1) Add new Collection
2) Just enter Collection Name
3) OK to close New Collection Options
4) Select new Collection
5) Use remove button

Notice nothing happened

6) Mouse over Media Tree Items

Notice items update as mouse is moved over them.

Tested on skinned 1346 on XP. Can anyone confirm?
