1346: Unable to import MPG files [#7317]

Since 1346 I'm unable to import MPG files I was able to import with previous versions. MPG is selected as File Type to be added on scanning.

Tested on skinned 1346 on XP. Can anyone confirm?

We removed DirectShow part of format reading/detecting from b.1346 (something like general format plugin), it was causing problems and slowing down import on some systems extremely, and could not detect all attributes of the video.
