1346: Selecting issue in detail view [#7313]

I found an issue with unwanted selecting of files in the detailed view that might be related to this:

but does not quite fit the bug description and the Steps To Reproduce.

How to reproduce:
1. View a single album in detailed view (or a single folder in locations node); make sure there is some empty space below
2. Mark/highlight a track with left mouse button
3. Unmark by pressing left mouse button in empty space, or by pressing CTRL+left mouse button above the highlighted track
4. Try to select/mark multiple tracks by holding left mouse button and dragging the mouse pointer (rectangle appears)
Result: The previously marked and unmarked track (2./3.) is always selected in addition to those inside the "rectangle".
