1348: Entire Library Collection Options empty [#7343]

When right clicking on Entire Library and selecting Edit Collection the Collection option window opens without Collection name and Comment. Using Choose Columns in the Tracklisting of Entire Library Collection fails to open the Columns tab.

Tested on fresh skinned 1348 on XP. Can anyone reproduce.

Mine opens with a Columns tab available and I open that tab. Of course choices in that tabs still mess everything up completely in this tracklist and all other tracklists.
