MediaMonkey shows the add cursor when dragging & dropping an unsupported file type on a Collection node. I've tried with JPG and OPML and both show this although they don't get added.
This is add cursor is also shown when dragging & dropping on the Now Playing window/node although no files get added.
File > Open URL or File also allows the selection of non-supported files (should be hidden in the first place) and will add them to the Now Playing (grayed out).
Tested on fresh, skinned 1348 on XP. Can anyone confirm?

File > Open URL or File should behave like Paint. It will show All Picture files by default as Files of type and then allows the user to select the individual file types or All Files.
