1348: Issues in party mode [#7558]

Found follwing issues in 1348 with party mode:
-The transparent player of vitrous scin is not placed correctly. The area where it should draw is black and it is placed on top of it.
-The menu button with the "switch to mini-player" and "switch to micro-player" menu shows in party mode. As theese functions do not work, the button doesn't need to be there

One question/suggestion:
Why do you show the glass frame around the main window in party mode? Normally nothing is shown on the titlebar, so it does not make sense to show the glass frame.

With default settings I don't see either issue here on XP.

Tested in 1355, and I was able to replicate the issue with the minimize to miniplayer button. Tracked at: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=7558 .

Note: the reason for the aero window is because the user can enable tabs, which I think are still useful in Party mode.
