1348: Tree navigation via keyboard broken [#7371]

Up and down keys work but the window doesn't scroll. Also, using left and right arrows to jump to the next/previous nodes doesn't work either.

The tree does not scroll with the keyboard. The selected node does change (the detail window refreshes correctly) but the selected node is not visible.

Keyboard navigation is fixed in 1351, scrolling should be fixed in 1352.
