1349: Rating Videos Issue [#7411]

While watching a video when I click to rate a video the video stutters and changes to an incorrect aspect ratio (widescreen stretched instead of 4:3 as displayed correctly when I first start playing a video).

Yes, I can reproduce in build 1349.

Both the stutter and the switch of aspect ratio.
