1351: Advanced Tag Management not disabled [#2701]

When no track is selected all the child nodes of Advanced Tag Management (in Tools menu and Standard toolbar) are disabled, but the parent Advanced Tag Management isn't.

Tested on skinned 1351 on XP. Can anyone reproduce or comment?

PS. I also think it would be nice if tooltips of disabled elements would show what needs to be done to enable them (like select track(s) to use this feature). This would probably need to show instead of the elements standard tooltip explaining what it does.
